IT analyst NL
We are looking for a Medior IT Analyst NL to join a multidisciplinary Agile feature team and contribute to the design, analysis, and development of innovative systems.
You will work in a DevOps environment, combining business analysis, technical design, and operational support, while acting as a bridge between local business stakeholders and central IT systems.
What are your responsibilities?
Analysis & Design
Analyze and translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
Design systems and integrations using structured methodologies (UML, BPMN).
Refine and validate requirements collaboratively within the Agile team.
Development & DevOps Contribution
Contribute to development and testing activities.
Support and embed DevOps practices, including Operations tasks.
Participate in CI/CD processes and continuous delivery improvements.
Ensure high-quality output aligned with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Collaboration & Alignment
Act as a bridge between local business stakeholders and central applications.
Maintain a holistic view of system integrations and dependencies.
Support or lead Agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban).
Foster innovation and promote new technologies within formal and informal networks.
What experiences are we looking for?
Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT analysis.
Strong experience with analysis methodologies (UML, BPMN).
Experience with API design and integrations (REST, SOAP).
Hands-on experience with Jira (Scrum/Kanban) and Confluence.
Solid understanding of Agile and DevOps practices.
Knowledge of at least one programming language (Java, C#, Python, JavaScript).
Strong SQL knowledge and familiarity with relational databases.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
Basic exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
Cloud knowledge (AWS, Azure, GCP) is an advantage.
