Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for an Operations Manager / Operations Analyst based in Hong Kong SAR with flexibility for remote work. The Operations Manager / Analyst will oversee daily operational activities, streamline processes, and ensure the smooth functioning of the organization. Responsibilities include analyzing operational data, supporting administrative functions, optimizing workflows, and aligning operations with organizational goals to enhance efficiency and performance.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate operational data and identify areas for improvements.
Organizational and project management skills, including task planning, workflow optimization, and time management.
Proficiency in using tools and software for data analysis, reporting, and documentation.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate in a hybrid work environment.
Familiarity with Company Secretary and legal environments is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
