YOUR ROLE
We are looking for a Data Analytics Translator for our client in the automotive sector. You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical data teams, translating business needs into data-driven solutions.
You'll Play a Key Role In
Creating value from business-driven data and analytics initiatives by supporting stakeholders in their data objectives throughout various project stages
Helping businesses identify valuable use cases and supporting prioritization based on feasibility and potential impact
Supporting the development of minimum viable products and business cases during ideation and prototyping phases
Ensuring successful adoption of data products and services by embedding them into workflows and measuring their impact
Uncovering and translating business requirements in a way that technical specialists can understand and implement
Working with executive leadership to support data-driven vision, strategy, and operating models
YOUR PROFILE
3-5 years of professional experience as a Data Analytics Translator or similar role
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences in an easily understood and actionable manner
Experience facilitating sessions to elicit ideas, understand issues, and encourage group participation
Creative thinking capabilities for framing new concepts and brainstorming future products and services
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with both business domain teams and technical data teams
Good understanding of data & analytics concepts including diagnostic, descriptive, predictive and prescriptive analytics, AI technologies, and data management principles
Basic understanding of programming languages (Python & SQL), data platforms (Snowflake, Collibra), BI tools (Microsoft Power BI), and GenAI/LLM technologies
