YOUR ROLE
Our professionals support clients in shaping and executing their digital transformation journeys across strategy, business, and technology domains. As an (associate) consultant in the Business Technology team, you will work with a diverse set of organizations to translate digital business challenges into actionable solutions, enabling data enabled decision making, technology adoption, and operational improvement.
As an (associate) consultant, you will be part of a diverse team and help shaping the technological capabilities of a wide array of clients and industries. The variety of projects, sectors, and client challenges you'll encounter creates an exciting environment where you can continuously grow. This flexibility is a key strength of the role, offering you the chance to broaden your expertise across different contexts.
Key Tasks For This Role Include
Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into digital, organizational, or process driven solutions
Support the design, analysis, and delivery of transformation initiatives in areas such as enterprise architecture, cloud adoption, cybersecurity, digital strategy, AI, and operating model redesign. Switching smoothly between topics as assignment evolve
Contribute to client interactions and project deliverables that support and guide their decision-making
Work alongside multidisciplinary teams across business and technology to deliver impactful, end to end consulting projects
Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital transformation and emerging technologies to provide relevant insights, continuously improving your knowledge to meet diverse client needs
YOUR PROFILE
0–3 years of experience in IT or management consulting, digital transformation, or technology driven project delivery
Broad interest in digital transformation topics such as enterprise architecture, cloud, cybersecurity, data, AI, and digital strategy
Broad understanding of how organizations can leverage technology to improve processes, capabilities, and overall performance
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong business acumen and sharp client facing communication/interpersonal skills
Master's degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or related field
Native French or Dutch speaker, and Fluent in English
