IT Solution Sales Manager


Responsibilities:
· Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within your assigned territory
· Engaging with potential clients to understand their challenges and requirements
· Developing and presenting customised solution proposals that address client needs
· Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals
· Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and ensuring high customer satisfaction
· Collaborating with the technical team and business partner to ensure seamless solution implementation
· Providing post-sales support and managing ongoing client relationships
· Contributing to the overall sales strategy and forecasting for the business
Qualification:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field
· 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the IT industry
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels
· Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English and Mandarin / Cantonese
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
