Artist Manager

WeAreOneWorld, the organization behind the Tomorrowland festival, has an ambitious growth strategy focused on expanding and deepening the brand. This includes further growing existing activities (Festivals & Events, Fashion, Media (incl. One World Radio), …) and launching numerous new ventures, both domestically and internationally.

To ensure the growth of One World Artist, the in-house artist bookings and management department, we are looking for an Artist Manager. As an Artist Manager, you report directly to the Head of OWA and work closely with the team.

As an Artist Manager, you are responsible for guiding and representing a portfolio of high-quality artists. You play a crucial role in developing and executing strategies to elevate your artists' careers. You work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including record labels, booking agents, promoters, and other partners in the entertainment industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing the artists' schedules
• Providing personal support to the artists
• Negotiating and managing contracts and deals, including recording contracts, sponsorship agreements, and performances
• Identifying new business opportunities for artists, including collaborations, brand partnerships, and tours
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key players in the music and entertainment industry
• Coordinating and managing the daily activities of artists, including planning
• Acting as a trusted advisor and mentor for artists, supporting them

MUST-HAVES:

• You are flexible, do not have a 9‑to‑5 mentality, and are prepared for ad hoc situations
• You have a proactive and results-oriented attitude, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• You are social and communicative
• You have at least 5 years of experience in the music and entertainment industry
• You are aware of and have a feel for new and upcoming trends
• You have a strong command of Dutch and English
• You are highly organized and not afraid to think outside the box
• You are responsible and able to work independently
• You are discreet, loyal, and diplomatic
