Technician

Role Overview
We are seeking skilled and motivated Data Centre Technicians to support the installation, commissioning, and ongoing technical operations of a large-scale data centre project. The successful candidates will assist with equipment deployment, infrastructure support, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities to ensure reliable performance of critical systems
Key Responsibilities
Support installation and commissioning of data centre infrastructure including racks, cabling, power distribution, and cooling systems
Perform structured cabling tasks (fiber and copper), patching, labelling, and testing
Assist with equipment moves, adds, and changes (MAC work)
Monitor and maintain critical systems such as UPS, generators, PDUs, CRAC units, and fire suppression systems
Conduct routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and fault reporting
Troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues in a fast-paced environment
Follow all safety procedures and comply with site regulations and project standards
Maintain accurate documentation, checklists, and work logs
Work collaboratively with engineers, contractors, and project teams on-site
