AI Project Manager (Dutch speaking) Multi‑Entity Rollout About the Role. Our client are now implementing a portfolio wide AI adoption programme, including ChatGPT/GenAI training, AI tool rollouts, and standardised ways of working across all acquired companies. We are seeking an AI Project Manager who can coordinate, deliver, and manage these rollouts across multiple entities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organisation, communication, training, and working across many different teams and locations. Key Responsibilities AI Rollout & Training Lead the rollout of Chatgpt/GenAI training programmes across multiple portfolio companies. Deliver hands‑on training sessions to staff at different levels (beginner to advanced). Create simple, easy‑to-use training materials, guides, and templates. Show teams how to use AI tools in their daily workflows. Multi‑Entity Coordination Manage AI adoption across many different companies, departments, and offices. Coordinate with local managers, office leads, and key stakeholders. Track rollout progress and ensure consistency across all entities. Prepare simple reports for leadership on what has been completed and what is next. Project Management Build and maintain rollout plans, schedules, and checklists. Organise training sessions, onboarding, and follow‑ups. Ensure each new acquisition goes through the same AI onboarding process. Identify risks, delays, or blockers and escalate when needed. Stakeholder Communication Act as the main point of contact for AI rollout across the portfolio. Communicate clearly with leadership teams and end users. Provide updates, summaries, and recommendations in a professional and friendly way. Continuous Improvement Gather feedback from each company and use it to improve future rollouts. Help build a repeatable \"AI Playbook\" the PE group can use for every acquisition. Share best practices across sites to drive adoption and value. Required Experience You do not need to be a technical AI expert, but you do need strong organisational and coordination skills. Must‑Have: Experience managing projects, rollouts, or large scale training programmes. Experience working across multiple offices, brands, business units, or legal entities (e.g., retail chains, hospitality groups, PE portfolio, large corporates, franchise networks). Confident delivering training or workshops to groups of people. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Good organisational skills — able to manage plans, schedules, and many moving parts. Understanding of basic AI/ChatGPT concepts (prompting, workflows, use cases). Nice-to-Have: Experience in Financial services buy‑and‑build environments, or large retailers. Experience rolling out technology or digital tools across different sites. Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or other enterprise AI tools. Change management or adoption experience.
