AI Strategist NL
We are looking for a Senior AI Strategist to accelerate the organization's digital transformation through the structured integration of Artificial Intelligence for our client.
This is a high-impact strategic position combining AI strategy, governance design, business case modeling, and transformation leadership.
What are your responsibilities?
1. Define the AI Way of Working (WoW)
Design a tailored AI governance structure and operating model aligned with the existing organization.
Conduct an AI readiness assessment and identify capability gaps.
Develop a structured AI strategy roadmap, aligned with business mission and priorities.
Translate abstract AI strategy into a pragmatic execution framework.
2. Define High-Impact AI Use Cases & Business Value
Identify and prioritize 2–4 high-impact AI use cases.
Develop detailed project proposals and implementation roadmaps.
Build structured ROI and business case models to quantify value creation.
Make AI potential tangible for executive decision-makers.
3. Executive & Stakeholder Alignment
Bridge the gap between technology and organizational strategy.
Align C-level management and key stakeholders.
Proactively drive the transformation rather than waiting for direction.
Deliver tangible results within tight timelines (initial deliverables by April).
What experiences are we looking for?
10+ years of experience in:
Digital Strategy
Business Transformation
Management Consulting
Proven ability to translate AI technology into measurable business value.
Strong experience in operating model design, capability mapping, and change management.
Demonstrated expertise in building ROI models and business cases.
Strong political sensitivity and executive-level stakeholder management.
Ability to move from strategy to execution with autonomy.
Languages:
Dutch – excellent (mandatory)
English – strong
French – good knowledge preferred
