Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Sales Director. The Sales Director will lead sales efforts, oversee sales operations, develop business strategies, and build strong, lasting relationships with customers. Key responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, driving business development initiatives, and ensuring exceptional customer service to meet and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in Sales, Sales Operations, and driving revenue growth
Strong Customer Service and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in Business Development, identifying market opportunities, and creating strategic partnerships
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
Strong understanding of semiconductor or electronics industries is a must
Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering
