We are seeking a Partner Secretary to provide administrative and secretarial support to Partners under Advisory team. Responsibilities Provide all-round secretarial and personal assistance to management Handle business correspondence, bills and events management Coordinate meetings and prepare presentation materials Screen and answer incoming calls in a polite and professional manner Organise travel arrangements, hotel booking and business functions Provide administrative / secretarial support to the team members as required, such as coordinate meetings, prepare reports and presentation materials, etc Perform other duties as required and occasionally work outside office hours Experience Diploma holder or above with a minimum of 8 years' relevant supporting experience in a sizeable organisation A good team player with excellent inter-personal and communication skills Be tactful and sensible in handling challenging tasks Be responsible and accountable Ability to work independently Ethical and proper handling of confidential information Expert in coordinating travel arrangements, and experienced in organising business meetings Excellent typing and computer skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required About KPMG At KPMG China, we are committed to being an equal opportunity employer, with zero tolerance for any form of discrimination against any persons.
