Role Overview
Highly motivated and skilled D365 FO Technical Consultant to support project implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Design and Development
Design, develop, and customize D365 FO solutions using technologies like X, .NET, and the Power Platform.
Development and Implementation
Write and maintain code and implement solutions within the D365 FO ecosystem.
Integration
Create and maintain integration with third-party applications and other systems using tools like OData, REST APIs, Power Automate and Azure services.
Requirements Analysis
Collaborate with functional consultants and business analysts to understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions.
Testing and Troubleshooting
Conduct initial testing of developed functionalities and investigate and resolve urgent technical issues that arise during a project.
Performance Optimization
Optimize application code, troubleshoot performance issues, and ensure the D365 environment is running efficiently.
Collaboration
Work closely with functional consultants, project managers, and business analysts to ensure seamless project delivery and successful alignment with business needs.
System Maintenance
Handle technical support, performance optimization, debugging, and system upgrades.
Reporting and Data Management
Develop and maintain reports (SSRS), data entities, and batch jobs, and support data migration activities.
Quality Assurance
Develop and maintain unit tests, ensure adherence to coding and security best practices, and support deployments.
Documentation
Document technical specifications, configurations, and customizations.
Knowledge Sharing
Contribute to the team by sharing knowledge, providing guidance on best practices, and potentially mentoring junior colleagues.
Staying Current
Continuously learn and stay updated on new D365 FO and Power Platform developments and features
