Executive Assistant


Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant located in Hong Kong SAR. The role involves providing both executive-level administrative assistance and personal support. Key responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating appointments, handling clerical tasks, maintaining communication on behalf of executives, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office and personal tasks. While on-site presence in Hong Kong is required occasionally, some tasks can be performed remotely.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance tasks
Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders
Experience with Diary Management to organize schedules and appointments effectively
Demonstrated Clerical Skills, including record-keeping and office organization
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Proficiency in office productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite
Experience as an assistant, particularly in a corporate or executive setting, is a plus
