About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Legal Counsel to join the team and provide pragmatic, detail‑oriented legal support across the business. The role will involve customer‑facing legal work, advising on commercial matters, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. You will be working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, playing a key role in safeguarding the company's interests while enabling business growth.
Own commercial contracting for Hong Kong & Macau
Partner directly with sales, marketing, supply chain
Draft and negotiate in Chinese + English
Advise on both B2B and B2C contracts, ensuring compliance and commercial alignment across diverse customer and distributor relationships
Requirements
Hong Kong qualified lawyer with 3-5 years PQE
Solid experience in customer‑facing legal work (e.g., commercial contracts, client negotiations, advisory)
Strong sense of responsibility, with excellent attention to detail
Pragmatic, down‑to‑earth personality with the ability to balance legal risk and business needs
Effective communicator with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels
Proficiency in English and Chinese
Immediate avaialble highly regarded
