You elaborate in close relationship with the clients the annual budget and organise regular follow-up discussions: You take initiatives to optimise budgets and costs You are in charge of the invoicing process You are the contact between the client and the accountant and ensure timely, quarterly and annual closing You take on general administrative tasks Creation of reports activity, KPI's Contract creation and follow-up with Clients and suppliers Participation to Board Meetings and General Meetings You will be the back-up of the Finance Officer and support when necessary with processing, encoding and filing financial documents and other financial tasks. What We're Looking For Advanced spoken and written knowledge required in English (good level of French or Dutch is an asset) Strong interest & experience in Financial and Administrative functions Relevant education, training and/or work experience, preferably in an international environment The ability to provide a broad range of administrative functions Solid knowledge of standard office software, especially Excel The ability to observe deadlines and prioritise tasks Excellent planning and organisational skills, particularly with regards to the completion of multiple parallel tasks as well as a strong attention to detail A service-oriented approach to interactions with clients The capacity to work independently as well as a part of an international team What We Offer A dynamic and collaborative work environment in a modern workspace.
