MuranoGlassItaly SRLS is an Italian company dedicated to the creation and worldwide distribution of authentic Murano glass. We sell through our own online platform, selected third-party marketplaces, and our physical store in Venice, Italy.
As part of our growth, we are opening a Brussels office and are looking for an Operations & Customer Support Coordinator to join our international team.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Managing Partner, this role sits at the heart of the organization. You will coordinate operations, logistics, vendors, and customer communication, ensuring that every order is handled with care, precision, and transparency.
You will also be the primary point of contact for our customers, helping to deliver a high-quality experience from order placement to after-sales support.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and values customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and register customer orders
· Coordinate vendors and suppliers to ensure timely fulfillment
· Prepare shipping documentation and manage logistics
· Handle operational and customer-related issues proactively
· Communicate with customers across multiple sales channels
· Prepare quotes and respond to prospective client inquiries
· Support administrative and operational processes
· Assist with stock alignment across online and offline channels
· Support third-party online sales platforms
What We're Looking For
· Strong proficiency in English and good knowledge of Italian
· Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
· Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable
· Clear and professional communication style
· Comfortable working in an international environment
· Experience in operations, logistics, customer support, or e-commerce is a plus
