Responsibilities Technical Leadership & Execution Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Network Engineers, providing technical advisory and hands-on guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Implementation Expertise: Take ownership of project implementation, ensuring all technical deliverables are executed with the highest level of proficiency and quality. Technology Focus: Oversee training and team development efforts, liaising with external vendors to align team skills with the company's strategic technology focus. Project Management & Strategy Project Oversight: Monitor the overall technical progress and health of projects, tailoring implementation processes to meet specific project needs and timelines. Planning & Review: Be responsible for developing and reviewing project development and technical plans, ensuring alignment with client requirements and best practices. Resource Management: Strategically manage the proper assignment and allocation of technical resources across different project phases. Tender Support: Work closely with the security pre-sales team to support the tender bidding process, providing professional service sizing and crafting detailed Statements of Work (SOWs) and deliverables. Documentation: Oversee the submission of all required technical documentation and manage the clear documentation of project requirements. Required Technical Domain Expertise Experience with the following projects is highly preferred: ACI/ VxLan/ SDN Data Center Migration Wi-Fi New deployment / Migration (e.g. Cisco / Huawei / Aruba / Juniper) NAC (e.g. Cisco / Aruba) Network Mastery: Deep expertise in Dynamic Routing Protocols and advanced networking features, including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, Vxlan, ACI, Quality of Service (QoS), High Availability (HA), and WAN optimization. Cisco Knowledge: In-depth product knowledge of Cisco Router, Intent-Based Networking, and SDN. Security Implementation (Advantage): Vast implementation experience with a wide range of security products, such as: Security Configuration Management, Network Access Control (NAC), Firewall, IDS/IPS, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), EDR, Vulnerability Management (VM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), DNS security, SIEM, and SASE. Requirements Education: A Degree in Computing or an Engineering discipline. Experience: At least 5- 10+years of relevant experience, preferably gained within a network system integrator or distribution environment. Architecture & Integration: Well-versed in solution architecture design and a strong understanding of system integration and quality assurance processes. Leadership: Proven experience in managing a team of network or security engineers, including strong resource management skills. Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to relate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Mindset: Strong ability to cope and perform effectively under pressure.
