Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hong Kong SAR for a Graduate Trainee. The role involves participating in structured training programs, learning about the insurance and financial services industry, and acquiring skills in financial planning, sales, and client management. Trainees will work closely with seasoned mentors and team members to gain hands-on experience in various business areas while contributing to the development of client strategies, sales processes, and customer solutions.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous learning and growth
Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills for effective client and colleague collaboration
Goal-oriented mindset with organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Familiarity with financial planning and knowledge of life and health insurance products is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Proficiency in English; Knowledge of Cantonese and/or Mandarin will be an advantage
Authorized to work in Hong Kong SAR
