This role is about more than just answering phones; you will be the \"voice\" of our company, responsible for converting leads into loyal customers and ensuring our current clients receive world-class service. You will work closely with and provide direct support to our Office Manager to ensure daily operations run like clockwork. Key Responsibilities Sales & Lead Management: Respond to inquiries, provide accurate quotes for cleaning services, and follow up diligently with leads to grow our client base. Customer Experience: Act as the main point of contact for clients, resolving complaints or service issues with empathy and professionalism. Operational Support: Support the Office Manager with scheduling, route coordination, and shift management for our cleaning staff. CRM Management: Maintain and update client records, job details, and service history within our system. Logistics: Manage last-minute cancellations, rescheduling requests, and the communication of specific work orders to the field crew. Administrative Efficiency: Handle invoicing, data entry, and email correspondence to keep the office organized. Requirements Previous experience in Sales or Customer Service is required, preferably within the residential cleaning or service-based industry. Basic understanding of CRM systems is a must. Direct familiarity with MaidCentral CRM is a major plus. Exceptional verbal and written English skills with the ability to build instant rapport with clients. Ability to handle high-pressure scheduling changes and client concerns with a calm, professional \"can-do\" attitude. Strong time-management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks without letting details slip through the cracks. A team-player mindset, ready to support the Office Manager and communicate effectively with the cleaning crew.
