Job Responsibilities
Settlement handling for Hong Kong and Overseas Equities, Bonds
Client instructions preparation in in-house system
Pre-matching with counterparties
Client reporting on a regular basis regarding trade status
Nostros and depot breaks monitoring ensuring completeness and progress
Stamp Duty Payment handling
Cash Payment handling
Carry out any other assignments as deemed necessary by the Management
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree holder in Finance, Business or related discipline
years to years or relevant practical experience is an advantage
Familiar with Equities settlement in custodian business
Familiar with back office system, e.g. Ayers, CCASS
Familiar with regulatory and compliance requirements for equities
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficient in Excel, Word and typing both in English & Chinese
Able to work independently, collaboratively and demonstrate analytical skills
Able to provide recommendation to management to streamline processing
Immediate availability or short notice is preferred
Personality Fit
Take ownership of task and features assigned
Passionate in Fin-tech field & Financial Markets
