As a Technical Support Engineer:
In this role, you will be an essential part of the technical support team, ensuring optimal performance of our InBody devices through accurate repair and maintenance services. Your main responsibilities include:
- Performing repair and maintenance tasks both on-site and in the workshop, adhering to the highest technical standards.
- Diagnosing and resolving issues using diagnostic tools and procedures.
- Providing technical support to customers for device setup, integration with existing systems, and troubleshooting.
- Documenting and updating the ticketing system, preparing repair reports, and creating detailed cost estimates.
- Coordinating maintenance schedules and parts orders in close collaboration with the team.
- Conducting user training (online and on-site) on proper use and basic maintenance of InBody devices.
As a Technical Support Engineer, you should have:
- A solution-oriented mindset with a passion for precise, customer-focused work.
- A completed technical or IT-related education.
- Experience in repairing and maintaining technical equipment; experience with medical or fitness/diagnostic technology and data is a plus.
- Strong technical insight and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- Familiarity with Office 365 and preferably experience with ticketing or CRM systems.
- A valid driver's license (B) and willingness to travel occasionally.
