E-learning Developer, 2 Hour Learning (Remote) - 60,000/year USD

This is the 2-Hour Learning model—and as the strategist behind its success, you will maintain its effectiveness while pioneering its evolution.
From any location with reliable internet, you will convert large volumes of AI-generated performance metrics into precise, timely actions that guide each learner toward 90% mastery and higher. When obstacles arise, you will conduct live coaching sessions, eliminate roadblocks in the moment, and restore students to productive learning with renewed momentum. At the same time, you will analyze detailed student performance streams to identify concealed trends that release children's capabilities, architecting next-generation AI systems that may double learning velocity.

What You Will Be Doing
Constructing highly precise Academic Data Reports and performing methodical analysis to identify problems, detect irregularities, and initiate corrections within 48 hours
Facilitating urgent \"rescue\" sessions and delivering post-assessment coaching to eliminate obstacles, distinguish knowledge deficits from mistakes, and sustain student engagement
Assessing and deploying new educational applications and materials while prototyping AI/LLM solutions to advance learning methodologies and address targeted challenges
Coordinating with leadership to optimize tools, dashboards, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor advances

Attending endless meetings or producing generic presentations disconnected from measurable results
Grading assignments, creating lesson plans, or administering traditional educational programs—AI and innovation power our approach
Functioning in abstract strategy without execution or remaining confined to repetitive tasks—this position is hands-on and fluid
E-learning Developer Key Responsibilities
Accelerate student learning outcomes via AI-powered analysis and immediate academic intelligence, evidenced by improved indicators such as 2× learning velocity, application engagement, lesson mastery, answer precision, and decreased negative learning behaviors across the Alpha Anywhere network.
Basic Requirements
Proven experience in data science or comparable position, education, EdTech, or a student-support capacity combining analytical and interpersonal dimensions
Competence in Google Sheets data analysis (lookups, pivot tables, filtering)
High emotional intelligence, effective communication abilities and a child-appropriate coaching approach
Experience constructing workflows and automations with AI
Nice-to-have Requirements
Foundation in learning science, educational theory, or verified achievement enhancing outcomes through data-informed strategies
Familiarity with Generative AI, prompting methods, and foundational coding competencies (Python, JavaScript, etc.) for interacting with AI APIs

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
