As our Commercial Lead Belgium, you take care of the relationships with all major retail partners in the market, including Albert Heijn, Jumbo, Colruyt, Carrefour, Intermarché, Spar, and Okay. You are responsible for building, strengthening, and sustaining long-term partnerships, while taking full ownership of the Belgian business and its retail P&L.
Holie's is the challenger brand within the category with its Granola, Crunchy Muesli, Crunchy Loops, and Crunchy & Chewy Bars, We're currently ranked as the fourth-largest brand in Belgium. Your focus is on securing and optimizing the right assortment across these retailers, with a strong emphasis on driving distribution and visibility for our latest innovations: Bars and Crunchy Loops.
Key account management: You are responsible for developing business plans and executing them effectively. You nurture and grow relationships with existing partners, building strong, long-term partnerships and making them part of our mission. You set ambitious goals to maximize results and make smart decisions with a long-term perspective rather than chasing short-term wins. By monitoring sales and market opportunities you act proactively to avoid unexpected decline in sales and seize opportunities. Regularly, we can find you in the supermarket.
Dealmaking: You have a strong commercial mindset by nature. You always see opportunities to close the most impactful deals for Holie's. Negotiating to create the best win-win is your natural habitat, and you have a sharp sense of how to maximize revenue (and impact) while keeping a close eye on costs. You bring a hands-on mentality and draw on a wide range of creative approaches when facing challenges or opportunities. Your drive for results and strong commercial skills help fuel our growth year after year.
Category management: You will use market data to make analyses, draw conclusions, and use the outcomes to work on custom-made plans for your accounts. This includes trade marketing plans and promotion strategies. You can think of activations or other forms of branding on the shop floor to create more awareness and sales.
Managing internal sales processes: You will forecast accurately how much your colleagues from operations need to produce to meet the needs of your customers. This is not limited to the volume forecast, also think for example about investments, budgeting, and pricing.
