Job Description
We are seeking a highly competent Strategic Review Consultant to assist our company in evaluating and redefining our growth strategy, with a specific focus on ILAS (Individual Life Annuity Sales). The consultant will be responsible for assessing existing resources, identifying new growth directions, and developing a clear roadmap and go-to-market plan for viable options.
Responsibilities
Conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the company's ILAS strategy and performance.
Assess existing assets and capabilities to identify opportunities for leverage and repurposing.
Identify and evaluate potential growth directions within the ILAS sector.
Prioritize and assess the size of each growth opportunity.
Clearly define and present the top options for pursuing growth.
Reframe and redefine the overall growth strategy based on findings and recommendations.
Develop a detailed go-to-market plan specifically tailored for Aqumon.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Strategic Review Consultant or similar role.
In-depth understanding of ILAS (Individual Life Annuity Sales) and the financial services industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent strategic thinking and planning abilities.
Ability to assess and prioritize opportunities effectively.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in creating clear and concise roadmaps and go-to-market plans.
Familiarity with Aqumon or similar financial platforms would be an advantage.
