Job Description:
This role combines people leadership with solution ownership within the Microsoft D365 F&O domain. You are responsible for driving results through strong architecture, disciplined governance, and high-performing teams, while ensuring the company gets maximum value from the D365 platform using standard, global, and maintainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the D365 F&O team, including coaching, performance management, and resource allocation across product, rollout, and support activities.
Own D365 F&O solution architecture and governance, delivering standard, global, and maintainable solutions with minimal customization.
Align stakeholders and systems end-to-end, collaborating across business, IT, product owners, projects, and support teams.
Drive platform evolution and standards, leveraging Microsoft updates, reducing technical debt, and enforcing best practices.
Build capability and improve ways of working, strengthening support models, knowledge sharing, and long-term team expertise.
Requirements:
12+ years with Microsoft D365 F&O
6+ years leading D365 F&O implementations and rollouts
Proven leadership in multi-country rollouts and global template governance
Experience managing teams in a complex, international environment
