If so, we are looking for a PMO IT Project Manager to join our growing international company specializing in industrial sealing solutions.
About the Role:
As PMO IT Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing digital systems that support our business operations. You will act as a bridge between Sales, Warehouse (Belgium & US), Finance, IT, and external partners, ensuring smooth execution of WMS and ERP projects.
You will lead initiatives from planning through implementation, coordinate testing and training, and support organizational change management to maximize adoption of digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management & Execution
Lead WMS and ERP implementation, integration, and optimization projects
Translate operational requirements into functional and technical specifications
Develop project plans, timelines, risk assessments, and progress reports
Ensure adherence to PMO methodology and project management best practices
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary point of contact between departments and external partners
Facilitate communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Support change management initiatives and drive adoption of new systems
Testing, Training & Documentation
Coordinate end-to-end testing of new systems and updates
Organize and deliver training sessions for end-users
Develop clear and structured project documentation and guides
Analysis & Continuous Improvement
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for digital optimization
Support data-driven decision-making and management reporting
Promote continuous improvement initiatives across the organization
Your Profile:
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Process Management, IT, Finance, or equivalent
2–5 years of experience in IT or operational project management
Hands-on experience with WMS and/or ERP systems
Experience in logistics or warehouse environments is a plus
Skills & Expertise
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to write functional specifications, test scenarios, and project documentation
Proficiency in Excel; basic SQL knowledge is a plus
Independent, structured, pragmatic, and hands-on
Languages
Fluent in English (required)
Additional languages such as Dutch, French, or German are a plus
