Our client is a reputable Real Estate Fund Manager and they are seeking for an experienced Leasing Professional to join their high calibre team in Hong Kong.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Manager/Manager in Leasing. The individual in this role will be responsible for developing and executing leasing strategies, managing lease negotiations, building strong relationships with tenants, and ensuring high occupancy rates. The role also involves analyzing market trends, creating reports, and contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the organization. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business goals.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred with 7-10 years relevant experience.
Strong leasing and negotiation skills with a proven track record in strategic lease management
Ability to analyze market trends, generate insightful reports, and develop data-driven strategies
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills for working with tenants and internal teams
Proficiency in both Chinese and English is a must
