Job Summary We are seeking an Entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to lead the establishment and expansion of Skyworth cars in Belgium and Luxembourg. Key Responsibilities • Dealer Network Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard dealers across Belgium to expand Skyworth's distribution footprint. • Leasing and Financing Partnerships: Negotiate and establish agreements for private and corporate leasing with financial institutions, ensuring competitive and accessible options for customers. • Rental Arm Establishment: Set up and operationalize a rental division within the company, including infrastructure, partnerships, and market strategies to meet growing demand for flexible mobility. • Tender and Bid Management: Pursue government and corporate tenders, preparing compelling proposals and securing contracts to position Skyworth as a preferred mobility provider. • Innovation and Strategy: Generate continuous new ideas to drive business growth, with a strategic shift from traditional car sales to holistic mobility services (e.g., subscription models, fleet management, and integrated transport solutions). • Market Leadership: Act as the entrepreneurial face of Novus Cars Group in Belgium, fostering relationships with stakeholders, monitoring market trends, and adapting strategies to achieve ambitious targets. • Performance-Driven Execution*: Operate with full ownership, making decisions that propel the business forward while collaborating with the local partner and headquarters.
