About The Role
The APAC Marketing Specialist role focuses on integrated marketing campaigns to build demand and pipeline for Kyriba across tactics, including organization of events & webinars, email marketing, content promotion, ABM campaigns, content localization and translation, and more.
Kyriba's APAC Marketing Specialist will work in close alignment with the global & regional marketing teams, sales teams, BDRs, and partners to support campaigns and run in-person and virtual events to support sales goals across target buyers and accounts. Campaigns will be aligned with the buyer's journey and require cross-functional collaboration among teams within marketing and across Kyriba. Additionally, this role will be responsible for measuring, analyzing, and reporting on campaign effectiveness.
The successful candidate will bring passion, high energy and enthusiasm to the role and will have demonstrated contribution to driving demand and collaborating with a variety of stakeholders in prior positions. We're looking for someone who has a sound understanding of marketing, strong analytical skills and the desire to build productive working relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities And Duties
Manage in-person and virtual events including lead management and success metrics
Collaborate with Kyriba partners to develop joint campaigns
Develop and run regional marketing campaigns
Create pre and post event campaigns to assist BDRs and Associate Account Managers with outreach
Manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously to meet deadlines and goals
Proactively communicate plans and tactical details across sales and marketing to build strong relationships and alignment
Apply KPIs, analytics, and insights to better profile, target, and re-target prospects; drive continual optimization of campaign performance
Collaborate with creative team to develop effective marketing assets to support programs
Understand and keep up with industry trends that impact and highlight customer pain points to help target messaging
Align tactics (such as events, webinars, online advertising, content syndication, outbound emails, target account advertising, etc) and content to the buyer's journey
Education, Experience & Skills
3+ years of experience in B2B enterprise marketing
Fluency in English and Mandarin required, Japanese proficiency preferred
Experience in marketing SaaS and cloud-based solutions strongly preferred
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, with the ability to build rapport, influence, and deepen relationships with stakeholders, especially with Partners, Sales, and Support
Familiarity with marketing automation systems (Pardot preferred) and knowledge of CRM preferred)
Ability to learn new MarTech tools as needed
Ability to analyze and interpret data based on KPIs to inform decision-making
Exceptional organizational and project management skills
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Some travel required
Bachelor's Degree preferred
