基础设施投资(初級)
工作职责:
- Screen & evaluate prospective infrastructure equity investment opportunities, including market & company research, financial statement analysis, valuation and modeling, & preparation of investment memos for the Investment Committees
- Liaise with external & internal stakeholders on transactions
- Manage & coordinate due diligence, documentation & closing processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies
- Perform post-closing investment management & administration
任职资格:
- Accounting qualification required
- 4-7 years of experience in two or more roles, covering Financial Due Diligence, Valuation, Audit, Corporate Finance in Big 4 Accounting Firms, Private Equity, Fund Investments, Investment Banks and/or Management Consulting Firms
- CFA or other professional qualifications holder would be preferred
- Industry and/or transaction experience in the Energy, Power & Utilities, Transportation and/or TMT sectors would be preferred
基础设施投资初级 4-7年经验
要求: 有FDD/valuation/corporate finance经验即可(如是Audit经验的話, 一定要做2 roles以上), 学历平台优异
优先考虑大陆人想来港工作(需自备签证), 或在港大陆人
能源、电力与公用事业、交通运输及、TMT领域的行业经验者将优先考虑
