Senior SAP EWM Functional Consultant
Start: Immediately
Location: Hybrid, Antwerp
At KPS Belgium, we are looking for an experienced Senior Functional EWM Consultant to lead the design and implementation of SAP EWM solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering key project milestones, including blueprints, functional and technical specifications, system configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.

Who we are looking for:
Several years of experience as an SAP EWM Consultant and min. 2 full-cycle implementations
Broad SAP knowledge and strong understanding of system integration
Ability to translate complex business requirements into efficient SAP solutions
Manage and mentor junior and medior consultants, ensuring quality delivery and knowledge development
Based in Belgium with excellent English and Dutch skills
Your responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end SAP implementation projects, managing all phases from planning to go-live
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and design solution architecture
Configure and optimize SAP modules, providing guidance on best practices and system integration
Mentor junior and medior consultants to ensure quality delivery and knowledge development
Conduct risk assessments, implement mitigation plans, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Facilitate key user trainings, workshops, and change management activities
Support pre-sales activities and ensure documentation, compliance, and governance standards
