Key Responsibilities
Deskside – Backside Technical Support
Microsoft Exchange Administration. (Exchange Online and Exchange 2016)
Azure Cloud Infrastructure Management (Azure Desktop, Disaster Recovery, Entra, Intune, Blob)
On-Premises Windows Server Infrastructure, data backup, and hybrid cloud synchronization.
Daily SFTP Fund Data Monitoring using IPSwitch
Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco WIFI, RedBox, Cisco routing and switching
Cybersecurity-related work, such as Penetration Testing, Darktrace, SentinelOne, FortiGate, Palo Alto, Nessus, and Knowbe
Server room maintenance, fire & water control, office security systems
Willing to work independently and under pressure
Qualifications & Skills
Degree in Information Technology
At least 5 years of experience in the Financial industry,
Server: ITIL Foundation, Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified Expert, CompTIA Cloud+, Server+
Network & Security: CCNP, CompTia Network +. Security+, CISSP
Experience with Bloomberg, experience with SFC types 1, 4, and 9 regulated activities is a plus
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
