Role Description
This part-time hybrid role as Chief Operating Officer (COO) is based in Hong Kong SAR, with the flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. As the COO, you will oversee the overall operational efficiency of the organization, manage business planning processes, and develop operational strategies to align with the company's goals. Tasks will include managing budgets, driving financial planning, and optimizing resources to ensure the organization's growth and success. The role requires close collaboration with the leadership team to drive performance and productivity while maintaining alignment with CSTJ's mission.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Business Planning and Operations Management to streamline processes and achieve organizational objectives.
Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating operations and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Knowledge in Finance and Budgeting to manage financial resources effectively and ensure accountability.
Proven leadership experience and the ability to foster a collaborative workplace.
Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Familiarity with the Company Secretary and legal sectors is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
