Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role located in Hong Kong SAR, with flexibility for remote work. As a Data Assistant / Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for managing and processing data accurately and efficiently. Day-to-day tasks include data entry, maintaining and updating databases, ensuring data accuracy, analyzing information, and supporting the team with data management and reporting tasks to facilitate informed decision-making. Qualifications Strong Data Management skills, including proficiency in handling and updating databases Analytical Skills and Data Analytics knowledge to identify insights and trends from data Effective Communication skills for collaborating with team members and providing clear reporting Experience with relevant data tools and software is an advantage Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Familiarity with confidentiality practices for handling sensitive data
