Our past and current projects include Paw Social, a retail concept creating physical spaces that bring pet culture and community together, and Strolling, a fashion‑first brand for pet parents designing street‑ready essentials for the human side of the leash. This role is designed to support our founder, a leader with experience across multiple industries including F&B, technology, and fashion e‑commerce. It is ideal for organized, proactive, and curious individuals who want hands‑on exposure to how different industries intersect, while learning directly from leadership and contributing to the growth of early‑stage brands. Scope: Manage the Managing Director's schedule, appointments, travel, and daily coordination Support and execute projects across fashion, F&B, technology, and community initiatives, including brand collaborations and launches Assist with social media management, content coordination, and basic posting for brand and founder‑related accounts Coordinate with team members and external partners to prepare the Managing Director for meetings, presentations, and engagements Handle day‑to‑day administrative tasks such as calls, documentation, note‑taking, filing, and record keeping Maintain organized systems using tools like Google Drive and Asana for tasks, files, and projects Support financial tracking and basic accounting matters with discretion and confidentiality Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (fresh graduates welcome) 1–3 years of administrative, project coordination, or relevant internship experience Strong interest in fashion, lifestyle, branding, and creative industries Comfortable with social media platforms (Instagram, etc.) and basic content management Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and adaptable in a fast‑paced startup environment Strong communication skills and high standards of professionalism and confidentiality Fluent in English and Mandarin; Cantonese is a plus Comfortable working around dogs and in pet‑friendly environments Benefits: Remote working (1-2 days/week) Public Holidays Annual Leave
