Junior Product Marketing Manager — Technical Storytelling & Sales Enablement

You're curious about technical products. You love making complex things make sense. And you get a real kick out of helping Sales win because the story finally clicks.
This isn't fluffy brand marketing. This is about execution, clarity, and helping a highly technical platform land in the market.
The Opportunity
Vaultspeed is scaling fast, competing globally in a deep-tech enterprise space. We're looking for a Junior Product Marketing Manager to sit at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Marketing — translating complex engineering milestones into commercial impact.
Your Mission
Reporting directly to Dirk, our Chief Product Officer (CPO), your mission is to be the bridge between Vaultspeed's technical product releases and sales success.
What Success Looks Like
Bridge Product & Sales: ensure every release has the right enablement and collateral
Translate deep technical capabilities into enterprise-ready messaging
Own product launches across website, docs, internal and partner channels
Build sales enablement tools: battlecards, ROI calculators, competitor comparisons
Drive feature adoption through walkthroughs and best-practice guides
Gather market intelligence to refine positioning and highlight competitive advantages
Tell technical success stories through deep-dive customer case studies
Who We're Looking For
3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, sales enablement, or technical marketing
Bring real technical curiosity — you don't need to be a coder, but you must be eager to understand the \"under the hood\" mechanics of data automation, metadata, and cloud data warehouses (This is key — Vaultspeed is a highly technical enterprise platform, not a lightweight SaaS app.)
Translator ability: simplify abstract technical concepts into persuasive narratives
Sales-first mindset: success measured by how well Sales is equipped to win complex, technical deals
Organised and detail-driven: manage launch calendars and cross-functional work
Comfortable using AI-assisted tools alongside CRM and CMS platforms
