Job Title: Change and Release Manager Responsiblities: Coordinate the end-to-end Change & Release process and ensure alignment across impacted teams. This includes working in close relations with IT Managers from various services to ensure readiness, risk assessment, validation, and successful execution of changes and releases. Participate actively in the BAU Change & Release processes and coordinate releases in alternance with the current Change Manager. Collaborate with Candriam application teams and service providers to prepare, evaluate, and execute releases. Maintain operational oversight of change and release tasks, ensuring processes are respected and improvements are implemented where required. Challenge service providers to ensure quality, reliability, and compliance with agreed procedures. Serve as the designated backup Incident Manager, taking full ownership of Incident Management activities when the primary Incident Manager, is unavailable. Drive the coordination, communication, and resolution of major incidents. Ensure accurate incident reporting, root-cause analysis follow-up, and post-incident review quality. Maintain operational readiness to step into the role at any time. Participate in or prepare for internal and external audits related to ITIL processes (Change, Release, Incident). Identify opportunities to improve or redesign processes, aligning them with best practices and operational needs. Document procedures, controls, and metrics for Change, Release, and Incident Management.
