Technical Sales Support (Poperinge - BELGIUM)

To strengthen our growing team, we are looking for a driven Technical Sales Support professional who plays a crucial role between customers, sales, and R&D. Responsibilities
As Technical Sales Support, you are the technical right hand of our sales department and a trusted point of contact for our customers. You support the entire process, from pre-sales and demonstrations to installation, training, and after-sales support. Your responsibilities are broad and challenging:
You prepare technical product demonstrations for potential customers
You support customers with installation, configuration, and integration
You act as the first technical point of contact for customers after purchase
You provide technical training sessions
You work closely with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and the Product Manager
Profile
You hold a graduate or bachelor's degree in a relevant field (electronics / ICT)
You have a passion for technology and strong technical insight
You have a strong interest in technology and innovation
You are communicative, customer-oriented, and able to explain technical information clearly and simply
You are willing to occasionally attend customer visits, installations, or trade fairs
