Role Description
This part-time hybrid role, based in Hong Kong SAR, offers the flexibility to work both on-site and remotely. As the PMO Manager / PMO Director, you will be responsible for overseeing project portfolio management, driving business process improvement, managing programs, and efficiently allocating resources across various initiatives. You will develop and enforce project management best practices, ensure adherence to organizational goals, track project performance, and provide strategic guidance to teams.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in Program Management and Project Management
Experience with Business Process Improvement and Resource Management
Strong skills in Project Portfolio Management and strategic alignment
Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP) are a plus
Experience within the motorsport or technology sectors is an advantage
