THE JOB
Duties
Reporting to the Fencing Coach under the oversight of the Head Fencing Coach, the Assistant Fencing Coach (Sabre) will be responsible for the following duties:
Coordinate, design and implement training programmes for elite athletes in Hong Kong;
Fully utilize and integrate scientific, medical and other athlete support services into the elite training programme to enhance elite youth training outcomes;
Assist with the administration and coordination of logistics, accounting, coaching and team resources related to local and overseas squad training and competitions.
The Requirements
University degree or post-secondary Certificate / Diploma, or its equivalent;
Holder of a valid coaching certificate issued by relevant governing body;
A minimum of 2 years professional coaching experience in Fencing;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
High level of computer literacy; and
Awareness / knowledge of Child Protection in sport and equal opportunity issues in the context of Hong Kong are an added advantage.

具備最少兩年劍擊專業教練經驗;
具備良好溝通能力及人際關係;
熟悉電腦操作;及
認識香港保護兒童及平等機會政策為佳。
