Project Manager
We are seeking a detail-oriented and academically grounded Project Manager to lead the execution of a specialized research-driven initiative. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong academic background, exceptional organizational discipline, and proven experience managing high-level deliverables. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in coordinating experts, ensuring timely progress, and aligning outcomes with client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the planning, execution, and coordination of the assigned project in alignment with predefined goals and timelines.
Act as the main liaison between stakeholders, consultants, researchers, and reporting units.
Manage project documentation, knowledge resources, and research inputs from various contributors.
Facilitate periodic updates, presentations, and client meetings in both Arabic and English.
Ensure the integration of reliable academic or institutional sources throughout project outputs.
Drive alignment between the project's academic rigor and real-world deliverables.
Ensure clear, structured, and professional written communications across all reporting materials.
Qualifications
Proven project management experience, ideally in consulting, academic, or public-sector projects.
Demonstrated access to and familiarity with scientific, academic, or institutional knowledge sources (e.g., Scopus, academic databases, government reports).
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic fluency is a plus.
PhD in relevant field (Public Policy, Social Sciences, Education, or related fields) is preferred.
Strong organizational, coordination, and reporting skills.
Ability to lead discussions, synthesize data, and maintain alignment across multidisciplinary contributors.
