Operations Coordinator

About the role

As our Operations Coordinator, you will provide support to the Operations Team with the security, cleaning and maintenance of the Village. You will Maintain the standards and priorities set by the Operations Manager and take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the Village with the Operations Team.

Key responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role will include:

• Provide support to the Operations Manager in their areas of responsibility for the security, cleaning, and maintenance of the Village
• Assist the Operations Manager to set up, track and achieve budgets for the common costs of the Village
• Assist the Operations Manager in developing and maintaining partnerships with 3rd party contractors
• Supervise daily maintenance, minor carpentry, brickwork, plumbing, electrical, painting and other projects carried out in the Village
• Process purchase orders to contractors, suppliers, consumable control, and day-to-day support with the cleaning, security, and car parking teams
• Ensure that brands comply with the Village's rules and regulations concerning material supply, waste disposal, etc.
• Complete timely legal compliance checks to include risk assessments and Health and Safety strategies
• Support the different teams with projects and events

About You

We are looking for an individual who can display the following experience and skills:

• Ability to demonstrate initiative, pre-empt requests, be proactive and forward thinking
• Ability to prioritise and manage several tasks simultaneously
• Exemplary operational skills & ability to work on own initiative
• Previous experience in working in a fast-paced high volume environment is a surplus
• Strong relationship management skills with internal and external parties
• Fluent in Dutch and English, any other European language would be beneficial
