Product Specialist – Medical Simulation (APAC) We are a global, multi-national company, looking for a Product Specialist who wants to join our office in Hong Kong. Job Overview This role focuses on hands-on support of our medical simulators throughout the customer lifecycle. You will be involved in pre-sale demonstrations, post-sale Installation and training, and ongoing customer education. The position is highly customer-facing, requires frequent travel, and involves close collaboration with internal teams and regional partners. Responsibilities Deliver pre-sale product demonstrations to customers, partners, and distributors Conduct post-sale training sessions, including on-site and online trainings Support simulator installations, workshops, and customer onboarding activities Serve as a product and application expert, providing guidance on system usage and best practices Participate in regional and international conferences, exhibitions, and customer events Support distributors and partners across the APAC region Share customer feedback and field insights with Sales, Product, and R&D teams Job Requirements Educational or professional background in healthcare, life sciences, or medical technology, such as biology, medical sciences, biomedical or medical engineering, nursing, or related fields.
