Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Who are we looking for?
We are building a dedicated AI and Automation Talent Pool for upcoming projects across South East Asia, Africa and Europe.
We are specifically looking for:
AI Engineers
Professionals who build, deploy and scale AI models, including machine learning and natural language processing solutions.
Machine Learning Specialists
Experts who design and optimise predictive algorithms and automation models, working closely with data and engineering teams.
Data Scientists and Data Analysts
Specialists who apply AI techniques to large datasets to generate insights, improve decision-making and drive measurable outcomes.
Software Developers with AI skills
Engineers who integrate AI capabilities into applications and enterprise systems. Full-stack developers with hands-on AI experience are highly valued.
Cloud and MLOps Engineers
Professionals who design and manage cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines and production environments for AI and automation systems.
What will you do?
Depending on the project, you may:
Design and deploy machine learning and AI models
Build and maintain scalable data pipelines
Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise platforms
Optimise model performance and monitor production systems
Support AI governance, data security and model risk controls
Collaborate with product, engineering and business teams to deliver practical AI solutions
Requirements
5+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, data science, software engineering or automation
Strong technical skills in Python, SQL or similar programming languages
Experience with tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Azure AI, AWS ML, GCP, Databricks or similar
Experience deploying solutions in cloud environments
Understanding of data architecture, model lifecycle management and production deployment
Proven delivery experience in financial services, fintech, telecoms or large enterprise environments
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
