Your Mission
You will be responsible for acquiring new customers and expanding the client base in Belgium (Flanders + future expansion to southern Netherlands):
- Implement sales strategies for your assigned sales area
- Independently plan customer visits, build and maintain a customer base
- Advise customers and prospects on product applications
- Participate in industry trade fairs and conduct market and competitor analyses
- Report to the German sales management: set market-appropriate prices and conditions, provide feedback on marketing actions, competitors, customer feedback, and complaints
- Prepare weekly travel reports and regular expense claims
You will work closely with all departments at the German headquarters as well as the international sales team. A multilingual inside sales team supports you with customer inquiries.
- Commercial education, ideally with a technical focus
- At least 2–3 years of sales experience with technical or complex products; ideally experience in hydraulics and pneumatics
- Languages: German and fluent Dutch
- Driving license class B
- Strong sales skills, independence, and willingness to travel frequently (3–4 days/week, 1 day home office)
- Residence in Belgium
