About the Role We are looking for a motivated and highly organized Inside Sales to join our team at THT. This role combines sales support, customer service, and interdepartmental coordination to ensure smooth operations and exceptional client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Purchase Orders Management Enter, track, and validate THT's customer orders according to a precise checklist, ensuring accuracy through to invoicing. Enter new product in the system, edit products information files, prepare internal production folder and follow up until completion. Prepare weekly \"Sales and Production Forecast\" meetings (following-up of orders registered in the system). Interdepartmental Coordination Act as a liaison between sales, production, logistics, and accounting to guarantee seamless operations. Participate in reception procedures for subcontracting samples, complaint samples, and other incoming goods. Logistics Follow-Up Prepare shipping documents, verify export requirements, and request necessary certificates (e.g., health certificates from AFSCA, certificates of origin via Digichambers). Collaborate on packing lists and manage delivery schedules. Monitor stock levels and communicate updates to relevant stakeholder Oversee nutraceutical full finish products subcontracting processes: place orders, send specifications, and update manufacturing reports. Supervise shipment dispatch and ensure all documentation is provided. Resolve delivery, invoicing, and payment issues promptly. Customer Service Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction. Handle inquiries, complaints, and claims with empathy and efficiency, escalating to Quality when necessary. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, production, marketing) to resolve customer issues and improve service. Keep CRM and customer databases up to date. Sales & Marketing Support Assist the sales and marketing teams with occasional tasks such as placing print orders, requesting quotes for promotional items, and completing trade fair registration forms. Required Qualifications & Skills Degree in Science, International Trade, Logistics, or Business, with the ability to understand technical and regulated products (nutraceuticals, food ingredients). Minimum 6 years of experience in international sales, export, customer service, or related fields (preferably in the nutraceutical industry). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms. Strong ability to build rapport with clients. Highly detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines. Excellent organizational skills Ability to work in autonomy as well as in a team.
