Position Summary
We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-oriented Senior Manager to serve as a pivotal force multiplier for our APAC regional leadership. This role is the central hub for translating strategy into action, driving cross-market alignment, and ensuring the delivery of critical regional initiatives. More than an advisor or an administrator, you will be a key operator who structures chaos, manages complex workflows, and drives tangible outcomes across a fast-growing, multi-country FinTech environment. This position is based in Hong Kong with a primary focus on APAC.
Key Responsibilities:
Regional Management & Operational Coordination:
Act as a chief of staff and execution partner to the Regional Head, optimizing management processes, meeting cadences, and operational rhythms.
Own key management workflows, including preparation for leadership meetings, documentation of decisions, tracking of action items, and ensuring seamless coordination between HQ, regional, and country teams.
Foster cross-market collaboration by facilitating the sharing of best practices, aligning resources, and developing standardized operating procedures (SOPs).
Strategic Initiative & Project Leadership:
Lead and drive high-priority regional projects from conception to completion, such as market entry/expansion, major offline events, and key regulatory implementations.
Break down strategic objectives into executable workstreams, align stakeholders across business, operations, and compliance functions, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
Serve as the central point of accountability for cross-functional project coordination, removing bottlenecks and ensuring strategic alignment.
Business Intelligence & Performance Analysis:
Consolidate regional business data into clear, actionable dashboards and management reports to support data-driven decision-making.
Conduct in-depth business and performance analysis to identify growth opportunities, operational risks, and areas for improvement.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments, providing structured insights to inform strategic and operational adjustments.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or other advanced degree is strongly preferred.
Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive professional experience, with at least 3 years in a relevant role such as Management Consulting (top-tier), Chief of Staff, Corporate Strategy, or Regional/Business Operations within a high-growth environment.
Proven experience in the FinTech, financial services, or technology sectors, with exposure to commercial operations, sales management, or growth initiatives.
Demonstrated track record of leading complex, cross-functional or cross-market projects to successful completion.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cultures and seniority levels.
Full professional fluency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken) is mandatory. Fluency in Cantonese is a significant advantage.
