Benelux Sales Manager – CASE / Material Science Location: Netherlands or Belgium (hybrid) An established, fast-growing European specialty chemical distributor with approximately €150M annual revenue and operations in 50+ countries. The company operates across Material Science and Life Science markets, offering value-added distribution, strong regulatory expertise, and a reliable supply chain. This is a newly created role due to continued business growth. You will take responsibility for an existing CASE / Material Science portfolio in the Benelux region, while also driving new business development and expanding market presence. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow key accounts within CASE, construction chemicals, and coatings Develop new customers and applications across Benelux Drive commercial strategy in close collaboration with suppliers and principals Identify growth opportunities and expand the regional footprint Profile 5+ years B2B sales experience in CASE or/and material science distribution Strong key account management and new business development skills Solid knowledge of the Benelux chemical market Fluent in Dutch or Flemish and English Self-driven, commercial, and comfortable working independently Offer Attractive base salary with performance-based bonus Company car or car allowance Long-term, permanent opportunity within a growing organisation
