1. Onboarding: Manage end-to-end contractor onboarding processes, ensuring all documentation is collected and verified. Ensure all contracts, agreements, and work-related documents are signed and filed accurately. Work pass applications and management (operational and internal). Follow-up with clients and 3rd party vendor. 2. Compliance: Verify contractor eligibility for assignments, including work pass applications, certifications, and background checks. Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and client-specific compliance requirements. Monitor and address ongoing compliance issues, such as expiring documents. 3. Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for contractors throughout their assignment. Address contractor inquiries and concerns regarding contracts, benefits, and work conditions. And resolve any challenges should there are. 4. Payroll Processing: Process accurate and timely payroll for contractors, ensuring adherence to SLAs. Submit statutory contributions, taxes, and benefits, ensuring compliance with local regulations. Manage payroll disbursement and coordinate with Finance for payments. 5. Collaboration: Partner with the Finance team to track payment statuses and manage reconciliations. Co-ordinate with Singapore HR on administrative related whenever needed. Requirements Proven success in managing contractor onboarding processes efficiently. Demonstrated ability to maintain compliance with legal and client requirements. History of resolving contractor issues promptly and improving contractor satisfaction. Proven success in managing payroll with high accuracy. Experience in improving payroll processes for efficiency, accuracy and ensure compliance with local labour law and tax regulations.
