As a Solutions Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping how our clients organise, manage, and govern their data across the organisation. You will have the autonomy and creativity to design pragmatic, scalable governance solutions and help build offerings that we proactively take to market.
You are either an experienced Data Management professional ready to step into a governance leadership role, or an established Data Governance consultant looking to grow in a consulting environment that values passion, trusted ownership, excellence, human connection and an entrepreneurial spirit.
Your Impact MattersYou will be involved across the full data governance lifecycle, from strategy to execution:
Work closely with business development teams on pre-sales, solution shaping, and go-to-market activities by actively contributing to proposals, client presentations and governance value propositions
Act as a trusted advisor to business and IT stakeholders, helping shape governance vision, priorities and roadmaps
Lead and deliver hands-on data governance engagements including maturity assessments, strategy studies and advisory missions, as well as translating insights into concrete and actionable outcomes
Design and implement pragmatic data governance frameworks covering organisations, roles, processes, standards and supporting tooling
Support the implementation and operationalisation of data governance, data quality and master data initiatives within client environments
Deliver engaging training and enablement sessions for business and data stakeholders
Coach and grow a team of Data Governance consultants while contributing to the evolution of our governance offerings
You bring at least 5 years of proven, hands-on experience in Data Governance, Data Quality, and/or Master Data Management within complex data environments
You have proven experience with data governance, data quality, or metadata tools (e.g. Purview, Collibra, Precisely, Fabric, Databricks, etc.)
You have a solid understanding of data governance and data management concepts, frameworks and best practices
You are a strong communicator who can engage credibly with both business stakeholders and technical teams
You have strong presentation, facilitation and stakeholder management skills
You understand modern data environments such as cloud platforms, data lakes, data warehouses and big data architectures
Knowledge of DAMA-DMBOK is an asset (CDMP certification is a plus)
You are comfortable combining delivery with commercial responsibilities, including pre-sales support, proposal writing and client presentations
You are motivated to actively foster business development, contribute to offering growth and help expand our Data Governance footprint
You are fluent in Dutch or French and English
